CEO and CFO

Ferry is a seasoned Business Executive with 20 years of experience in the energy and chemicals industry, including at Shell. Ferry holds an MBA & PhD in Chemistry and engineering, complimented with executive training courses from top 10 business schools. Ferry has obtained deep expertise in energy transition, sustainability and experience in corporate venturing, and developing innovation ecosystems. He is passionate about driving sustainable business impact. This makes him ideal for consulting mid-sized energy, clean-tech and manufacturing companies.

Bart Pelgrim

CEO and CTO

Bart is an experienced Technology & Operations Leader with 17 years of experience, including tenure at Shell. Bart has demonstrated strengths in combining data/AI with industrial R&D and operations, including leading a Shell.ai award-winning technology initiative.

He is passionate about driving efficiency through AI and operationalizing data analytics to unlock business value.

This makes Bart a clear asset for the technical side of AYD’s secure AI and analytics service delivery.
